Establish an oil processing company in Anyang, Henan, focusing on technological innovation in oil production, gradually forming a business model that integrates research and development, produc-tion, and sales, taking the first step toward corporate development.
Reached a strategic cooperation with Xi'an Oil and Fat Science Research and Design Institute to jointly establish Zhonggu Grain and Oil Machinery Technology Co., Ltd., focusing on the research and industrial application of grain and oil machinery, and promoting technological upgrades in the industry
Investing in and establishing Hebei Zhonghengv Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. in Dingzhou,Hebei, focusing on the manufacturing of intelligent grain and oil processing equipment and building a modern production base, marks the company's entry into a new stage of large-scale and specialized development.
Daokou Town's Jinzheng Grain and Oil integrates Zhongheng resources, creates a high-end brand of grain and oil machinery, and collaborates with Zhongheng in market research and division of responsibilities.

Manufacturing Quality Management
We have a quality management team that strictly follows the ISO9001 quality management system, as well as ASME/PED quality standards.
Quality management is conducted using the seven QC tools (TQM) to ensure the output of high-quality products and deliver value to users. The quality management process includes:

Engineering Quality Management
Based on correct design documents and engineering management processes, a complete construction quality management system has been established to carry out whole-process quality control over various factors affecting project quality.

After-sales service
Our company hereby promises the following regarding all aspects of pre-sales and after-sales services for this project:
1. We guarantee that within 30 days after the contract takes effect, we will provide the buyer with a detailed “Work Schedule” in accordance with the tender documents.
2. Our company guarantees to assign technical personnel to arrive on-site 10 days before delivery to check whether the installation drawings match the construction site, so that the equipment can be installed smoothly.
3. After the equipment arrives on-site, our acceptance technicians will conduct a preliminary inspection with the user. If any discrepancies with the contract are found, we will handle them within 2 days and bear all resulting responsibilities and economic losses.
4. Within 5 days after the equipment arrives on-site, our company will send installation personnel to the factory for installation and dispatch after-sales service personnel to train and guide the user’s relevant personnel free of charge on-site, ensuring they are qualified for work.
5. According to user opinions and actual conditions, appropriate adjustments may be made to the product to ensure its normal operation.
6. Our company guarantees to arrive on-site within 48 hours after receiving user notification (12 hours abroad for providing a solution to the user; if the user is unable to resolve it themselves, we will arrange an engineer to arrive on-site as soon as possible) and begin addressing equipment faults.
7. During the one-year quality guarantee period, for component damage or malfunction not caused by the user, our company is responsible for free repair and replacement.
8. Our company guarantees to continue providing after-sales service for equipment damage during the buyer’s usage period after the warranty period, charging only the cost.
9. Our company guarantees that within five years after the equipment warranty expires, the prices of required spare parts will follow the relevant quotes of this bid.
10. Our company guarantees the supply of parts and consumables for the buyer’s equipment during the equipment’s service life.
11. Our company guarantees that, for equipment beyond its service life, the buyer can purchase the required spare parts within 10 days (excluding imported equipment).
12. Our company has established a complete after-sales service archive, promptly proposing solutions to problems as they arise and keeping detailed records.
13. We adhere to a user visit system, regularly visiting users (once or twice a year) to promptly monitor the operating condition of the equipment, solve any existing problems, and provide feedback to our company for product rectification and further improvement.
14. Our company provides lifetime service for the products sold, but for products beyond the warranty period, a certain cost fee will be charged.
