Targeting oilseeds such as soybeans, rapeseed, sunflower seeds, rice bran, and cottonseed, we provide full-process technological design and complete equipment integration for pretreatment — oil extraction — refining. The process system covers unit operations including raw material cleaning and impurity removal, grading and conditioning, dehulling and crushing, softening and flaking, steaming and puffing, mechanical pressing, solvent extraction, mixed oil evaporation, crude oil degumming, alkali refining and acid removal, adsorption decolorization, vacuum deodorization, and winterization and dewaxing. Production lines feature continuous operation, automation, low residual oil, and low energy consumption, complying with national safety standards for edible plant oils and clean production regulations.

Processing Technology Solutions
For the structural characteristics of camellia seeds and high-value processing requirements, we provide complete process equipment for dehulling and separation, low-temperature pressing, physical refining, and wax separation. By employing low-temperature cold pressing coupled with moderate refining technology, we effectively retain the natural active components and characteristic flavor of camellia seed oil, achieve phospholipid removal, control free fatty acids, remove pigments, and enhance oxidative stability. The final product meets national standards for camellia seed oil and high-end healthy oil quality requirements.

Focusing on technical challenges such as high heat sensitivity and easy oxidation of walnut oil, we construct an integrated processing system including raw material selection, low-temperature drying, low-temperature pressing, centrifugal purification, and gentle refining. Through full-process low-temperature control and oxygen-free protection technology, we maximize retention of polyunsaturated fatty acids, vitamin E, and functional active substances, improving oil oxidative stability and sensory quality. Additionally, a complementary process for protein utilization of meal by-products adds comprehensive value to raw materials.

We offer dual-path solutions: traditional water-based small-scale fragrant oil and modern mechanized pressing, meeting different capacity and flavor positioning needs. By precise temperature control during roasting, fine grinding of the paste, controlled oil-water separation, or multi-stage pressing and physical filtration, we enrich sesame-specific aroma and ensure clear and stable oil, ensuring product flavor consistency and standardized, large-scale production.

Regarding peanut raw material characteristics, we provide complete technical equipment for dehulling and grading, red skin separation, high-temperature conditioning, mechanical pre-pressing, solvent extraction, and deep refining. By optimizing conditioning and roasting processes and implementing detoxification and risk control measures, we achieve flexible production of various types of peanut oil, such as strong-flavor and light-flavor, while ensuring oil yield efficiency, product safety, and flavor quality. The production line has a high degree of automation and stable operation, suitable for large-scale oil processing enterprises.

Targeting deep processing of corn, we provide integrated production lines for corn germ extraction, germ purification and refining, softening and flaking, oil extraction, and full refining. Key technological breakthroughs include efficient germ separation, low-temperature wax crystallization separation, and sterol-retaining refining, improving the purity and nutritional quality of corn germ oil. The production line is equipped with an intelligent control system, has low energy consumption, reliable operation, and meets the needs for high-value utilization of corn by-products.
